Richard Sharpe Morgan

GILBERT – A Service of Remembrance will be held for Richard Sharpe Morgan, 66, at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 4, 2013 at Lexington Baptist Church. The family will receive friends after the service at the church. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society , Commission of Blind or the Hall of Fame Foundation.
 

Mr. Morgan was born April 4, 1947 in Wake County, Raleigh, NC and passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2013. He was a son of the late Raymond Morgan and Irene Edwards Morgan. Mr. Morgan was previously married to Emily Morgan, Boots Walker and Susan Lloyd. He was a new inductee in the Shaggers Hall of Fame, a member of the Men's Apparel Club of the Carolinas, Southeastern Men's Apparel, Women's Apparel at Americas Mart Atlanta and Carolina-Virginia Fashion Exhibitors.
 

Surviving are fiancée, Margaret Ballington; step son, Tommy Lucas (Camille); step daughter, Lori White (Kent) of Lexington; step grandchildren, Shelby, Sawyer and Spencer; step daughter, Brandi Accordini (Philip) of Lexington and step grandchildren, Hunter and Jackson.
